That sounds like a HIPAA violation, unless you have the consent and forms signed you could just get into litigations. Now looking past your violation, imagine you do the same for someone with a deadly disease and you get the wrong diagnosis and they die. Bard is using lots of data to diagnose, not everyone has the same body (even if they look the same, internals can vary), you have to understand is a system that will not be 100% right every time. That is why you get not just second opinions, but also third opinions.
