GMAIL Interface Rollback

If you are like me you can tell that the new interface from the web version of gmail just sucks. Here is a link on how to revert it back.

Once you do, make sure you give google a good message as to why you did. The bloated slow UI should be addressed, and even though it looks nice and functional… slow web applications are the worst, it should be lean, fast, and functional over pretty, functional, and slow every time!

These are the top 3 reasons why I love on the old interface:

1. It is fast and rarely hangs up
2. I can chat through it with my other gmail friends (which is almost all my friends)
3. It is nice and clean

As long as I have my links on the upper right corner to launch other google features/tools the old look and feel on the email client has been the best. Too bad product managers at google don’t understand this or their UX designers.
